In accordance with the DMCA and our Terms of Service, MCPETools maintains a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers in appropriate circumstances. If a user's account is associated with multiple valid copyright infringement claims, we may, at our sole discretion, suspend or permanently terminate that user's account and remove all associated content from the platform.
MCPETools does not host any addon files directly. All addon content is sourced from third-party providers and linked via external URLs. We act in good faith to remove content that infringes on intellectual property rights when properly notified in accordance with applicable law.
